• Key Message: Hyperbaric safety protocols are well established. Many HBOT programs understand what needs to be done; however, ensuring that routine checks, documentation, environmental controls, and team coordination are carried out consistently across busy clinical settings remains an ongoing operational priority. This study demonstrates how translating paper-based inspection templates, maintenance logs, training modules, and adverse event reporting forms into centralized digital checklists, interactive workflows, and recurring tasks - using CliniPaths by WoundReference - enabled a multicenter HBOT program to standardize and strengthen its safety practices.
• Previous evaluations have shown that, compared to paper-based documentation, CliniPaths’ digital workflows reduced time spent on daily maintenance checks and record reviews by 50%, while reinforcing a culture of safety across teams.
